joined the management team of MK Group in 2025 as the Group Finance Director for the entire system. With extensive knowledge of the Serbian market and the region, Violeta brings a wealth of experience in the areas of acquisitions, post-integration processes, and restructuring. Throughout her career, she has held key positions, including CFO, IT and Legal Director, as well as CEO of a company, where she participated in defining strategy, developing people, and enhancing organizational culture, as well as in the digital transformation process.
