The MK Group company, led by its founder and humanist, Miodrag Kostić, provided free vacations for 450 doctors and other medical staff in its hotels in Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia during the summer. In the past period, 250 employees from the Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases in Belgrade and the Clinical Center of Vojvodina were able to stay at the Grand Hotel in Kopaonik.
As health workers had the biggest burden in the previous months, MK Group gave them a three-day vacation. During June, July, August and September, doctors and medical staff of the Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases in Belgrade, Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Covid Hospitals in Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje and Golnik were able to rest and relax in luxury hotels Grand on Kopaonik, Kempinski Palace in Portorož and Kempinski Hotel Adriatic in Savudrija. MK Group says that the response of medical practitioners in the region for free vacations was excellent:

For us, this is a very important gift, because since March we have been working in Covid Hospitals without a day off. Fortunately, the situation calms down a bit, so we used the voucher to recharge our batteries for everything that awaits us in the future “.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the MK Group and its member companies set aside almost half a million euros in the fight against the corona virus.
