The MK Group employs about 4,000 people in the Adria region who are connected by the common corporative culture and values that we foster and actively promote. Many employees who started their professional journey in our company are still part of our team. Precisely because of our focus on employees, their care and personal and professional development, the MK Group has grown during its 40 years of existence from a company that employed a few people to one of the most important employers in Serbia. Through the improvement of existing and development of new professional competences, we help our employees keep up with modern practices in business, to follow trends and current knowledge in their profession. We continuously invest in training and the development of employee knowledge and skills, as well as creating a stimulating work environment. In 2022 alone, we conducted 23,645 hours of training and professional development at the level of the MK Group system, and we invested EUR 320,000 for this purpose.

Women make up about half of the employees in the MK Group system. As many as 41.3% of women are in management positions, with the aim of exceeding 50%. Gender equality is one of the fundamental principles of our employment policy and human resources management.
