By enhancing existing competencies and developing new professional skills, we help our employees stay up to date with modern business practices, industry trends and the latest developments in their respective fields. We continuously invest in employee training and the development of their knowledge and skills, as well as in creating a supportive and stimulating work environment. In 2025 alone, across the MK Group system, we delivered 8,288 hours of training and professional development, investing more than EUR 170,000 in these activities.
