Through the improvement of existing and development of new professional competences, we help our employees keep up with modern practices in business, to follow trends and current knowledge in their profession. We continuously invest in training and the development of employee knowledge and skills, as well as creating a stimulating work environment. In 2022 alone, we conducted 23,645 hours of training and professional development at the level of the MK Group system, and we invested EUR 320,000 for this purpose.

That’s why we bring together people with different perspectives, experiences and skills that reflect our system’s complexity. We develop a motivating and encouraging work environment that respects difference and diversity. The MK Group employment policy is based on the principles of non-discrimination and zero tolerance in any form.
Women make up about half of the employees in the MK Group system. As many as 41.3% of women are in management positions, with the aim of exceeding 50%. Gender equality is one of the fundamental principles of our employment policy and human resources management.
