28.11.2019.

The most popular bloggers and journalists from Serbia and Croatia had an opportunity to enjoy a four-day trip to the most beautiful places of the largest Adriatic peninsula where they were tasting the best wines, delicious meals and learning the basics of golfing.

This November, the most popular Serbian and Croatian bloggers and journalists had an opportunity to stay at luxury Kempinski Adriatic Hotels with top-notch spa programs and experience a magical colorful autumn in Istria. Enjoying the magic of the largest Adriatic peninsula lasted four days during which the selected guests had an opportunity to taste the best wines in Kozlović Winery, meet the picturesque town of Grožnjan, taste the world-famous truffles and learn the basics of golfing.

EXPERIENCING A TRUE ENJOYMENT IN ISTRIA
Kozlović Winery, which has been around since 1904, welcomed visitors in authentic ambient with a view to the spacious vineyards and greeted them with the premier tasting of selected wines that nurture the character of indigenous Istrian varieties. It was a unique experience in which palates of those present enjoyed the most.

SCENT OF TRUFFLE
Although it can be toured in less than an hour, the Istrian town of Grožnjan, also known as the Town of Artists, provided unforgettable moments to the visitors. The narrow streets and the original, seemingly hidden details which surprise you over and over again, make this place an unavoidable place to visit during your stay in Istria. This autumn the atmosphere was even more enjoyable as the tasting of Zigante truffles and their products was organized in the streets. Guests from Serbia and Croatia had an opportunity to see for themselves that the chips and truffles go so well together.

GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES
The experience of Istria as an original tourist destination was complemented by a rich gastronomic offer. No matter whether we speak about Kempinski Hotel or the local taverns, enjoying the incredible flavors was guaranteed. During a four-day trip, the menu offered a diverse selection of top delicacies from fresh fish and seafood to classic dishes prepared in the original way. The unique experience was breakfast at the seafront in Savudrija and in the most stylish salon of Kempinski Hotel in Portorož.

GAME OF THE RIGHTEOUS
Thanks to the Adriatic Golf Club, the participants in the Istrian press tour had an opportunity to enjoy an unrivaled golf experience and have an insight into the basics of this game which is considered to be one of the oldest sports. The golf course is located along a coastline and has a professional 18-hole course spread over 80 acres.

During the two-hour training some of the bloggers and journalists were more or less successful, but it will surely be remembered that golf does not tolerate cheating, and that this sport requires good physical fitness. Apart from enjoying golf, this golf course also offers a unique vacation with magnificent sunsets and unique views of the Adriatic Sea.
