Members of the MK Group System have purchased 12.1% of HG Budvanska rivijera shares on the Montenegro Stock Exchange today. With this transaction, our total ownership share in HG Budvanska rivijera is 28.7%, which confirms the previously presented strategic plans for business expansion in Montenegro. MK Group has so far invested over 200 million euros in tourism in the region, and currently owns 15 hotels in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro in majority or minority ownership.
