ABOUT THE DIVISION

MK Agri-food is the division from which the entire Group originated. The division comprises MK Agriculture, MK Sugar, MK Meat, MK Bioprocessing, and MK Oil.

The MK Agriculture Division includes the PIK Bečej, Agrounija and Erdevik companies.

The MK Sugar Division includes the Sunoko company, the regional leader in sugar production.

The MK Meat Division includes the Carnex company, the meat industry leader in Serbia and the region.

The MK Bioprocessing Division includes the Sunal alcohol production plant.

The MK Oil Division includes Dijamant, the largest producer of edible oils in Serbia.

MK Real Estate is the division that integrates MK Group’s hotel portfolio across Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Montenegro, together with strategic tourism and real estate projects, including an airport in Slovenia and a PGA golf course in Istria. The division comprises MK Real Estate Development and MK Hospitality.

MK Real Estate Development includes Grand Residences, Woodside, Petram Residences, BIGZ, and Forum Metalka.

MK Tourism includes the hotels Grand Kopaonik, Hotel Adriatic Istria Resort, Hotel Palace Portorož, Petram Resort, and Budvanska Rivijera.

ABOUT DIVISION

MK Group is a pioneer and leader in green energy production in the Balkans. In addition to four operational wind farms to date, three more wind farms and a solar power plant are currently under construction.
