Kempinski Palace Portorož in Slovenia proudly presents a new investment: the Palace beach, located right in front of the hotel.
Luxury sandy beach is equipped with 200 lounge chairs, including VIP cabanas, sun lounges, relaxation zone and a spacious sunbathing area. In the course of three years, the total investment of MK Group in the beach area will be half a million euros.
The guests of the luxury seaside resort are able to enjoy a newly renovated hotel beach, which allows them to relax on the long stretch of our sandy beach and unwind to the sounds of enchanting nature. The beach is open not only to the guests, but also to the locals, which continues to showcase the good relationship between the hotel and the local community in the pat years.
Being located on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, not having a beach has always been perceived as a negative from the perspective of the guests and the hotel is proud to announce its opening, as it represents an exceptional addition to the offered services.

“Hotel Kempinski Palace Portorož has been trying to provide a part of its own beach since its opening in 2008 and I am proud that we have reacted an understanding with the company Okolje Piran and the Municipality of Piran and consequently enriched the offer of beaches in the location Piran – Portorož.
Great appreciation for the new advantage is too be expressed to MK Group, the ownership company of the hotel, which will invest half a million euros in the leased part of the beach in a period of three years.
A large part of the investment was the works we executed this year: a short summary includes the creation of a completely new look of the beach, which will be adorned with a total of 150 deck chairs, and a special part will be intended for VIP cabanas or gazebo canopies and so-called lounge relaxation zone” the investment was commented by Jelena Baronik, Director of Hotel Palace Portorož d.o.o.
“The beach is open and available to everyone, not only guests of the Kempinski Palace Portorož – for this purpose we have prepared comprehensive packages, which not only provide enjoyment on the beach, but also include services and benefits for experiences in a 5-star hotel, for example, such as a voucher for coffee and cake in the hotel café Forma Viva or discount on catering and spa services. The price of such a package will be EUR 45 per person, ” said Kai Behrens, General Manager of Kempinski Palace Portorož Hotel.
