Mihailo Janković has been the CEO of the MK Group since January 2021. He has vast experience in company transformation and the creation of efficient operating models, which enable sustainable growth and business development. He works with the top management of the MK Group to define and implement business and investment strategies and achieve business goals in the country and the region. His considerable leadership and managerial experience came from two decades of working for leading multinational companies and companies owned by private investment funds. The areas that have marked his career so far are the strategic development of business and human resources and change management.

On several occasions, he was a member of the Board of Directors of professional business associations and non-profit organisations in Serbia. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SAM (Serbian Association of Managers), and he is also the winner of the Manager of the Year award for 2019, awarded by this association.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
