He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions at the group level. He manages the MK Energy Division and investments in the Slovenian market. In over ten years of work in the company, he gained extensive experience in many M&A transactions. He participates in the structuring and realisation of large financial transactions in cooperation with domestic commercial banks, international financial institutions and all relevant business partners. He has contributed significantly to the development and implementation of numerous renewable energy projects.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, where he also received his master’s degree.
