On Tuesday, June 18 2013, in the National Assembly of Serbia, the press conference “Women in the Boards of Directors in Serbia” was held in the organization of the International Financial Corporation, the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration and Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
Miodrag Kostic, MK Group President, participated and held speech on “Women in the Board of Directors in Serbia”. The results of the survey, published in the book “Women in the Boards of Directors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia” and carried out by Katarina Djuric and Tanja Kuzmanac, were presented. The panelists and moderators discussed the obstacles and challenges faced by women climbing up the corporate ladder and the measures which should be used to increase the share of the women onboard.
