NOVI SAD, 17 December 2018 – In order to encourage the support of family values, MK Group traditionally rewards employees who became parents in 2018. The company has allocated 8 million 325 thousand dinars for this type of support.

I am proud of all 7,000 employees in 74 municipalities where we operate. I am glad that we have continued with the tradition of providing support to families and that we gathered on this occasion at Sheraton Hotel in Novi Sad. Besides our colleagues from Serbia, our employees from Slovenia, Montenegro and Croatia are also present. MK Group considers its employees a part of the family and therefore it is important that they are satisfied and motivated”, said Miodrag Kostić, President of MK Group.
Jelena Vujnović from MK Group said: “As a mother of three children, it is not always easy to harmonize family and work life. MK Group strives to provide adequate contribution and support to employees in the system in order to help raise birth rates, and by doing so, to stimulate other companies in the country to recognize this important issue in our society and to develop their own support systems.
As a reminder, MK Group also allocated over 8 million dinars for family support last year.
