12/4/2019 Belgrade – MK Group’s management representatives have participated in the panel at the the Economic Summit of Regional Leaders and presented plans of MK Group for the forthcoming period.
Dušan Radičević, MK Group’s CFO, said that MK Group is approaching investments cautiously and in the future period the company plans to invest 500m EUR in the region, without additional borrowing. Jelena Galić, President of the Executive Board of AIK Bank has confirmed the participation in the tender for Komercijalna Banka and emphasized that expansion is a long-term strategy of the bank. Strahinja Marjanović, CEO, MK Agriculture, pointed out that MK Group’s yields are 20, 30% higher than the Serbian average and that the same are at the level of European countries such as Germany and the Netherlands. Mohan Shestha, CEO of Carnex, mentioned the new Veggie hummus line launched by the company with the intention to keep loyal consumers who are fasting or for some reason are unable to eat meat.
The Economic Summit of Regional Leaders was organized by the weekly magazine NIN and the regional trade magazine InStore, bringing together the region’s business elite and representatives of key international financial institutions.
