As a socially responsible company that is committed to attracting talent and investing in young people, MK Group supported the “Open Doors” initiative, which is implemented in partnership by the Nordeus Foundation, Youth Achievements, the “Digital Serbia” initiative, and the Center for the Promotion of Science and Infostud through its platform “Get Started”.
On this occasion, colleagues from the human resources sector of MK Group and Carnex held workshops in Novi Sad for high school students of the “Isidora Sekulić” Gymnasium and the “Pavle Savić” Technical School. At the workshops, the companies were presented, students were introduced to different professions and industries in which these two companies operate, in order to recognize the best possible perspectives for their future.
The goal of this joint initiative is to respond to the aforementioned challenges through the association of the economy in providing support and cooperation with secondary schools, in order to encourage the development of young people, but also the development of the local economy and the community as a whole.
