Mihailo Janković, CEO of MK Group, opened the new season of the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia’s mentoring program – AmChamp. During the event held at MK Group’s premises, Janković delivered a presentation on “Leadership” and shared his extensive experience in leading a company and its people.
AmChamp enables students and managers to gain new knowledge, improve business skills, and develop competencies useful for their future careers by working in mentor–mentee pairs. Throughout the program, participants work on tasks and projects – in mentor pairs or larger teams – strengthening mentoring relationships and team spirit.
The annual educational program AmChamp – Young Leaders of Change, launched by AmCham in 2014, is an example of successful cooperation between business and education in training future business leaders in Serbia. More than 450 young managers and students have completed the program to date, and our company continually supports this mentoring initiative.
