Miodrag Kostic, Chairman of MK Group held lecture on the subject of “Change Management in Railways of Serbia”, on an invitation of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia (AmCham)”.
In his speech Kostic explained how change management could be carried out set on a model of Sunoko, Carnex and the hotels in Kopaonik where these changes had been successfully implemented.
MK Group has been a company member of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia since October 13 2010 and regularly exchanges experience with other 160 member companies of AmCham in order to contribute to the improvement of the business climate in Serbia and making easier business operations to current and future investors.
