Jovan Purar, the company Director and Director of the Department for Legal and Corporate Affairs of the MK Group, has represented the company before the courts and state and public institutions for two decades. Owing to his dedicated work, the MK Group has had firm affirmations of legitimacy in all acquisitions and business ventures on the European market and beyond. Jovan Purar is responsible for legal consulting in the privatisation process, legal advice on contract conclusion and other legal affairs, organisation and systematisation work, legal advice, the inspection and supervision of legal services and realisation and the protection of property and legal and commercial interests of members of the MK Group system.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Osijek.
