Violeta Kovačević has over 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry and joined the management team of MK Group in 2025 as the Group Finance Director for the entire system. With extensive knowledge of the Serbian market and the region, Violeta brings a wealth of experience in the areas of acquisitions, post-integration processes, and restructuring. Throughout her career, she has held key positions, including CFO, IT and Legal Director, as well as CEO of a company, where she participated in defining strategy, developing people, and enhancing organizational culture, as well as in the digital transformation process. Within MK Group, Violeta is responsible for the development of the finance strategy.

Violeta holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Novi Sad.
