Belgrade, 24 March 2020 – As a socially responsible institution, AIK Banka has made 28 million dinars donation to the National Health Insurance Fund for the purchase of 10 respirators in fight against COVID-19 epidemic outbreak.
This type of donation, specifically the purchase of respirators, is of particular importance at this moment due to increasing number of COVID-19 infected people. Solidarity, support and discipline, as well as a swift response can help the country to emerge from this situation without major consequences and in the shortest possible period of time. It is necessary for everyone, both individuals and companies, to understand the gravity of the situation in order to avoid scenario from some of the nearby countries. We hope and believe that these respirators will help all those who are struggling for their lives at this moment.
