In Belgrade on February 25th 2011 – Miodrag Kostić, President of MK Group, shared part of his knowledge and experience and tried to answer the question “How to succeed in business” with students of economics and management at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA), as part of the debate “Lideri”. On this occasion, a second year student, in lieu of advice, received two acres of land owned by MK Group for use.
“A successful entrepreneur knows that educated young people are the most important resource in a company. Without good people, no system can work. A successful business requires, above all, hard work, knowledge, and the existence of a vision, dedication and perseverance in its monitoring. For a successful business it is necessary to have associates who share your business vision, enthusiasm and who complete you. It is also necessity to quickly modify according to the current trends in business because without this aspect global competition will soon surpass you, while a competitive spirit is understood” said Miodrag Kostić, the President of MK Group, to the students of the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration.
As a result of working with MK Group, which is committed to transferring knowledge and skills between universities and industry, for many years back some university students have done their practical training, undergraduate and master and doctoral theses within this company. In collaboration with the University of Novi Sad, during this year MK Group has enabled students of tourism and hotel management internships at the MK Mountain Resort facilities in Kopaonik.
