Miodrag Kostić, MK Group President, held a lecture on Change Management and Business Strategies to students of the AmCham Academy.
As the top ranked lecturer last year by the first generation of students of the AmCham Academy, Kostic gladly accepted the invitation of the Academy and delivered a speech to the second generation of students on Change Management and Business Strategies.
At the very beginning Kostic pointed out the significance of ideas, creativity and crafts, as well as the skills which every manager should be aware of in the time of fast changes. He also pointed out the importance of business decision making and accepting responsibility as an important feature of modern managers.
Kostic responded to every question posed during the lecture by citing examples from the corporate life of the MK Group.
