We are committed to achieving carbon neutrality and continuously reducing carbon dioxide emissions at the level of the entire MK Group system. We will make a special contribution in the coming period through new investments in energy generation from renewable sources.
We respect the soil and conserve its fertility through sustainable agricultural practices. We treat the use of all natural resources responsibly and their efficient consumption is an integral part of our business policy.

Corporate
governance
Improving corporate governance at the group level is one of the goals set for the five-year period. During 2024, several status changes were implemented within the system with the aim of achieving greater organizational transparency and sustainable corporate governance. This initiative is part of a broader ESG framework, focusing on strengthening the principles of good governance. Through restructuring, we have formed a more clearly defined ownership structure that accurately reflects the three key divisions of our business: agriculture, tourism, and real estate, as well as green energy production. Such reorganization enables more efficient risk management, more transparent financial reporting, and stronger accountability by segments, thereby laying the foundation for long-term sustainable growth and development of each business branch.

Mission
We grow by creating an environment
in which personal and team potentials are realized, with optimal management
and responsible behavior.

Vision
We create value through the development of people, business and society as a whole.

Corporate governance
Naša ambicija za organizaciju budućnosti
Achieving productivity and profitability is supported by a clearly defined organisational structure and procedures, as well as a corporate culture based on values, missions and vision that connect employees and contribute to achieving the business goals.

ESG management
We have a strategic approach to managing ESG topics: we have defined five-year goals, established a system for non-financial reporting, and formed an ESG structure and a team that will be responsible for managing ESG risks and opportunities. We will continue to transparently inform stakeholders and regularly monitor our progress in achieving the set goals in order to be champions of sustainability.
Key areas of the MK Group ESG strategy:

achieving carbon neutrality and an increase in energy efficiency

environmental protection through the appropriate management of all resources

improving sustainability within value chains

improvement of the working environment and working conditions for employees

improvement of living conditions in the communities in which we operate

improvement of corporate governance at the group level
