ABOUT THE DIVISION

MK Agri-food is the division that the whole system developed from. This division includes: MK Agriculture, MK Sugar and MK Meat.

The MK Agriculture Division includes the PIK Bečej, Agrounija and Erdevik companies.

The MK Sugar Division includes the Sunoko company, the regional leader in sugar production.

The MK Meat Division includes the Carnex company, the meat industry leader in Serbia and the region.

The MK Real Estate division integrates MK Group’s hotel portfolio in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Montenegro, along with its strategic tourism and real estate projects, including an airport in Slovenia and a PGA golf course in Istria. Within this division operate MK Real Estate Development, MK Tourism, and MK Asset Management

MK Real Estate Development includes Grand Residences, Woodside, Petram Residences, BIGZ, and Forum Metalka.

MK Tourism includes the hotels Grand Kopaonik, Hotel Adriatic Istria Resort, Hotel Palace Portorož, Petram Resort, and Budvanska Rivijera.

MK Asset Management includes Portorož Airport, the Adriatic Golf Course, Skipper Resort, and Villas.
